SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS

Turn sunlight into savings.

Energize Your Home

There are a number of steps to follow when planning to power your home with solar energy. After choosing which option is best for you.

You have many choices when it comes to solar

Whether you are looking for a small solar power system to supplement your home electricity usage or you’re looking to power a large commercial property, there is a solar system that will fit your needs. Solar power is clean, renewable, and very available, making it a relatively inexpensive and attractive choice for consumers in United Arab emirates.

3 types of solar power systems

There are three different types of household solar systems for generating electricity, they are: grid-connect systems, off-grid systems, and hybrid systems. These three types of systems also apply to commercial installations.

1 Grid Connected Solar System (On-Grid System)

Allowing you to feed unused solar energy directly into the power grid, where you will receive a feed-in tariff from the electricity company. With this approach, you use natural resources when they are available and use the traditionally available power from the grid for the remainder of your energy needs.

Benefits of Grid-Tiered Solar Systems:

  • Less expensive.
  • Easiest type to install.
  • Net metering and other financial incentives.
  • The utility grid is your virtual battery.

A grid-connection will allow you to save more money with solar panels through better efficiency rates, net metering, plus lower equipment and installation costs: Batteries, and other stand-alone equipment, are required for a fully functional off-grid solar system and add to costs as well as maintenance. Grid-tied solar systems are therefore generally cheaper and simpler to install.

Your solar panels will often generate more electricity than what you are capable of consuming. With net metering, homeowners can put this excess electricity onto the utility grid instead of storing it themselves with batteries.

Net metering (or feed-in tariff schemes in United Arab emirates) play an important role in how solar power is incentivized. Without it, residential solar systems would be much less feasible from a financial point of view.

2 Off-Grid Solar System

Stand-alone solar power systems are incredibly useful in areas with limited (or completely unavailable) utilities. Using a completely off grid solar systems requires some extra equipment in the way of batteries and/or other energy storage devices, but the result is complete independence from utility provider.

Benefits of Off-Grid Solar System:

  • Don’t worry about blackouts that occur at the grid.
  • Power your entire home from solar energy with no reliance on Electricity Company.
  • Energy to rural homes with no easy access for utility or grid connection.

Gives you energy in remote areas and when don’t have access to the utility grid

Off-grid solar systems are cheaper than extending power lines in certain remote areas. Consider off-gird if you’re far from the grid. The costs of overhead transmission lines are too expensive.

Become energy self-sufficient

Living off the grid and being self-sufficient feels good. For some people, this feeling is worth more than saving money. Energy self-sufficiency is also a form of security. Power failures on the utility grid do not affect off-grid solar systems.

3 The Hybrid Solar System

Get the best of both worlds by building a solar system that only uses traditional utility power as a back-up. In this scenario, rather than funneling your excess solar energy back into a power grid, you store it yourself. You will only use the power grid for cases of extreme energy use or very limited sunlight availability.

Benefits of Grid-Tiered Solar Systems:

  • Stores & saves solar.
  • Allows use of solar energy during peak times (self-use or load-shifting)
  • Power available during a grid outage or blackout.
  • Enables advanced energy management.
  • Enables energy independence.
  • Reduces power consumption.

5 SIMPLE STEPS TO GO SOLAR

We make it easy to switch to solar. Our dedicated team will handle everything from start to finish. We’ll even assign a solar consultant engineer to your project who will guide you through the process and keep you informed about what’s happening every step of the way. It all begins with a quick consultation.

CONSULTATION

We’ll take a look at your energy needs, and tell you how much you can save by going solar. We’ll also answer any of your questions. Simple and free.

DESIGN

We’ll visit your home to examine your roof and take measurements. Then, our engineers will design a custom system to meet your energy needs and designed to shrink your energy bills.

PAPERWORK

Your own Account Manager will make sure that all of the permits, paperwork, financing agreement and utility company require are taken care of. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for installation day.

INSTALLATION

On installation day, you can expect us to have your solar panels up and ready in about 4-8 hours. Once we’re finished, we’ll show you how to turn the system on and off.

ACTIVATION

Once the utility gives approval, you can start generating your own clean, renewable energy.

Plans & Payment Options

For customers, these options are a win-win-win. And with all of these options, your system is backed by industry-leading expertise, comprehensive warranty package and performance guarantee.

Cash

You own the system and the energy it produces.

Installment

You own your solar system, and pay for it with a financing partner.
Down payment Outright Purchase 0 AED
Ownership You You
Monthly payment None Fixed amount
Production guarantee Yes Yes
System warranty Yes Yes
Payment term Paid in full Monthly installment over 3 to 5 years
Customer Benefits Purchasing your system directly can maximize your savings. Over time, your system can pay for itself through your utility bill savings. For many customers, the combination of the installment payment and the remaining power bill is less than their previous electric bill.

Take the first step toward solar savings.

The faster your solar system is installed and generating power, the sooner you'll see savings on your energy costs.
